In case the attending nurse sees a patient with chest pain, she should MOVE the patient to emergency care unit:
Remember MOVE:
Monitor (cardiac monitor) connect
Oxygen administration
Venous access with large bore canula
ECG to be taken
Secondary management:
MONA
- Morphine + anti-emetic
- Oxygen
- Nitrates e.g. GTN or nitrate infusion
- Antiplatelet e.g. aspirin
