There 3 different Charcot triads

Charcot's triad (gallstones)

"Charge a FAJ":

Fever
Abdominal epigastric & RUQ pain
Jaundice

Another Charcot's triad is seen in Wernicke's encephalopathy, which is seen in alcoholics.
Remember an alcholic who goes to the beautiful tourist spot in India GOA; He drinks, drinks, drinks and get Wernick's encephalopathy
So remember, the GOA of Charcot's triad:
Global confusion
Opthalmoplegia
Ataxia

This is better known as Charcot'sneurological triad

Intention tremor
Dysarthria
